Darley Playing Fields Association (DPFA) maintains the playing field and children's playground in Darley, and also manages the lease for the shop, Post Office &  cafe that is housed in the playing field pavilion.  The pavilion is also used as a changing room facility for the many football teams that play on the playing field at weekends.

The playing field is a community resource and is managed by a board of trustees who are all volunteers and local people.  The DPFA is a registered charity and all the activities and facilities that the DPFA maintains and provides are for the benefit of the local community and visitors to the local area.
